Plan
VECSUS Partners and their dedicated VECSUS Channel
Account Executive complete a business plan, which
defines their relationship and identifies goals and
expectations for both parties. It is a dynamic document
that is reviewed regularly. |

NDA
All Partners who join the program are required to
sign a Non-Disclosure agreement, This NDA will be
renewed every year upon the anniversary of your
membership. |

Partnership Agreement
As part of the process to become an VECSUS Partner a
company is required to sign a partnership agreement.
This agreement ensures the commitments and benefits are
delivered throughout the partnership and is required to
be renewed each year. |

Communications
Reporting
VECSUS Partners will submit two types of reports:
Partners must submit a monthly Point of Sales (POS)
Report. The report is due by the 10th day of the
following month. Partners must submit a Forecast jointly
with their Channel Account Executive on a regular basis.
